It’s great to finish out the 2020 season with some amazing weddings. Even though the weddings have been a little smaller this year because of Covid, I’ve had some of my favorites. The Kimbels restaurant in Wachesaw Plantation is one of the most beautiful locations in the Myrtle Beach area. Especially if you are looking for trees and moss instead of the beach. The Kimbels ceremony location, overlooking the Waccamaw River, is a beautiful spot for portraits at sunset. Beautiful afternoon wedding at Wachesaw Plantation with a horse drawn carriage

I always love going to Wachesaw Plantation for a wedding. The oak trees on the Waccamaw River make an excellent backdrop for pictures, especially at sunset. It’s been a long time since I’ve photographed a wedding with a horse and carriage, and it always makes for some great pictures. I guess riding in on a carriage is the type of thing you have to be at a plantation or garden-style location like Wachesaw for it to work. Last wedding of the year at Wachesaw Plantation

It looks like this is going to be my last wedding of 2010. It was at a beautiful spot at the Wachesaw Plantation Club in Murrells Inlet, SC. I can’t believe another year is over already. This past year flew by.
