I wanted to highlight this wedding from May 5th for Susan and Chris at The Marina Inn at Grande Dunes in Myrtle Beach. Like many recent couples, Mary and Inman had to make some last minute changes to their wedding plans because of Covid-19. The were originally supposed to have a big ceremony back in the bride’s home country of Venezuela. This ended up not being possible, with all the current travel restrictions. We had a hot and windy day at the Grande Dunes Ocean Club in Myrtle Beach for this May wedding. I started out getting some great shots with Wing Wong of Salon and Spa 18 doing the bride’s hair. I also got to work with Luminous Event Films for the first time, he was great to work with as well. It’s always nice when the photographer and videographer can get along really well. It’s great to be back at the Grande Dunes Ocean Club in Myrtle Beach. This was my first wedding of 2018 at this location. It’s also great to be working again with some of the best wedding vendors in Myrtle Beach. This week I’m featuring another beautiful wedding I was the photographer for at the Members Club at Grande Dunes in Myrtle Beach. I like that I’m photographing more weddings lately at the Members Club. It’s a stunning location on the golf course with a great interior and a large ballroom. This new blended family had children from previous marriages as part of the wedding party. I always have a lot of fun photographing weddings at the Ocean Club at Grande Dunes in Myrtle Beach. My latest beach wedding for Sara and John was no exception. Sara had me arrive a little earlier then usual to start taking pictures, about 2 1/2 hours before the ceremony. This turned out to be a good idea with 11 groomsmen and 9 bridesmaids in the party!
